This is typically a straightforward process as the solution has been built around you and designed to do all the hard work, leaving you to focus on delivering the best customer service.
When you’re entirely happy that KCPOS is ready to do the tasks you expect of it, your staff are comfortable in using it, and all the right data is locked and loaded, we’ll go live. We’ll be on site with you to address any teething issues, if they should occur. And once you’re up and running, your Project Manager will always be part of your KCPOS team to offer reassurance if it’s needed.
Starting from Day One, KCPOS will secure wins for your business. Some will happen at once, others will be cumulative, as you use the harvested data to refine your processes and enhance the way you work. But because it’s impossible for everything to happen on Day One, we don’t expect you to pay for it all on Day One either.
