We talk your language

Every journey starts with a single step – and this one is simply picking up the phone and calling for a chat. That’s the start point on our six-stage process.

We pride ourselves on our customer service, and we’re looking to build long lasting relationships with our customers so it’s paramount to us that we understand each other. Our process is simple, but at every point you are at the forefront of or consideration.

1. We talk.

Share your ambitions with us. Be bold. Tell us what, in an ideal world, you’d like KCPOS to deliver for your business. Don’t hold back. You don’t know what we could do until you ask.

KCPOS can by extensively customised to fit your business and facilitate your growth and long-term goals. Discuss everything with us, and our specialists will support you in discussing a project plan with exacting deliverables.

2. We build.

No two businesses are identical, so no two KCPOS systems are identical either. We’ll start by appointing your dedicated project manager from our team; a point of contact who’ll be your partner throughout the KCPOS journey. Then we’ll use real data from your business as the basis on which to build a bespoke demonstration. It’s common sense. There’s no better way to show our system in action in your business than by putting your business into it.

3. We demonstrate.

We bring our system demonstration to your premises. Your project manager and colleagues from our team will talk you through it. Ask us questions. Suggest tweaks. Let’s work together to refine your solution together.

Truly Integrated Solutions

We offer some of the most integrated solutions out-of-the-box available. Our solutions help your business grow and work with you to make your life easier.

4. We train.

As EPOS experts and developers, we recognise the importance of the user experience in any solution. Your team will receive all the training they need to ensure they use KCPOS as efficiently and easily as possible. This is typically a straightforward process as the solution has been built around you and designed to do all the hard work, leaving you to focus on delivering the best customer service.

5. We implement.

When you’re entirely happy that KCPOS is ready to do the tasks you expect of it, your staff are comfortable in using it, and all the right data is locked and loaded, we’ll go live. We’ll be on site with you to address any teething issues, if they should occur. And once you’re up and running, your Project Manager will always be part of your KCPOS team to offer reassurance if it’s needed.

6. You benefit.

Starting from Day One, KCPOS will secure wins for your business. Some will happen at once, others will be cumulative, as you use the harvested data to refine your processes and enhance the way you work. But because it’s impossible for everything to happen on Day One, we don’t expect you to pay for it all on Day One either. We’re happy to spread the cost with finance options so that KCPOS can earn its keep without putting you under unnecessary financial pressure.
