Original Style is a leading UK-based manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of high-quality ceramic tiles. Renowned for its craftsmanship and heritage, the company began primarily as a distributor selling into independent tile retailers across the UK, Europe, and the United States. Over time, Original Style expanded into manufacturing and later entered the retail space to better showcase and control its product presentation.

Originally reliant on Sage 1000, Original Style operated retail stores using a cumbersome and outdated ERP system for sales and order entry. Original Style operates with centralised inventory, fulfilling most retail orders from a central warehouse. KCPOS supports this by synchronising stock levels hourly between head office and store tills—crucial for avoiding stock-outs or double-selling.
Though batch tracking remains a manual workaround, the integration ensures sales staff always have near real-time stock visibility and can verify product availability across the network.

Original Style’s tiles are high-end and visually distinct. Customers often prefer to see, touch, and visualise tiles in realistic room settings. KCPOS has helped maintain that in-store experience while also laying the groundwork for future e-commerce initiatives, enabling deposit sales and sample ordering both online and in-store.
